I hate when people say they don't care
This layout features from an Unknown series. This layout was created in Adobe Photoshop and is coded with div layers. This layout is compatible in Internet Explorer and in Mozilla Firefox. It is also compatible in all resolutions 800x600 and up. For best viewing, 1024x768 is recommended.
In depth
This layout, like most of mine, came out of nowhere. I really had no plans or anything set out for it. The PNG is found from Cyanide. Shini offers such great images. :) I took a stab at coloring it to see if I'd like any of the outcomes. Good thing I liked the look of this one, or this layout would not be existant. When I added the light and dust textures, the image reminded me of rusted metal. I dictionary.com-ed rust/decay and came across words meaning mental and insane somehow. I liked the sound of neurotic so it stuck. As for the little paragraph, it's an exerpt from a short story I wrote in English about a boy with mental problems & depression, so it fits with the title. :D Don't judge me (haha).

Installing
1. Download the .zip file type onto your computer.
2. Unzip the file with WinZIP or WinRAR.
3. Upload the images and codes onto your own server.
4. Edit the CSS only where it is indicated.
5. DO NOT remove credits or alter the CSS.
