This layout features from the series DOGS. This layout was created in Adobe Photoshop and is coded with div layers. This layout is compatible in Internet Explorer and in Mozilla Firefox. It is also compatible in all resolutions 800x600 and up. For best viewing, 1024x768 is recommended.
In depth
When I found the image I just knew I had to use it. It already had some nice coloring on it but I added a little bit more to it and got this nice brown color. There really wasn't much trouble with this layout at all. I threw together some textures and patterns and that's pretty much how the whole look of the design came about. The dot texture really adds a nice look overtop everyting I think. The magazine text really adds a nice look and I like how the title overlaps the image and also kind of blends into the background. The overall look really stands out to me with the sharpness of the image and also the subtle colors that happened to come through. The areas of light blurs that I added on also make anice effect. Overall I think this layout just looks appealing.
